  Fall Break week.
  The unit is equipped with the bare minimum in almost everything. So, be prepared to bring a few extras. There is an under the counter Ice Machine in the unit that was great to have. Be careful in the Master Suite if you have older travelers with you, the shower has to be stepped up in to. Mirrors made the space appear larger in the listing photos. Great view of the beach and the bay from the balcony. The master suite does not have a beach view. A strong plus, there are 4 elevators that keep everyone moving rather quickly.
  
  The location is very convenient to many amenities, as are most of the properties in this general area, shopping, groceries and restaurants.
  
  The beach in this general area is very nice, it is going to be busy because there are quite a few large complexes in this area.

  The location and the quick response from the staff were amazing. The condo was close to all the attractions and the amenities were great. We especially love the indoor pool.
  
  Unfortunately, when we arrived the condo wasn't clean. The sheets in the master bedroom were dirty and some of the dishes were put away dirty. The staff was very quick to handle the situation when I called. The housekeeping staff came the next morning to change all the sheets and the maintenance worker that had to come to fix the TV was also very quick to respond.

  Overall, our stay in this condo was pleasant. There are a few items that are showing their age:
  1. The only place to sit in the 'living' room is a sectional sofa. It is showing its age. The cover is fine but sitting there causes it to sag. We ended up dragging the eating area straight-back chairs when wanting to watch TV.
  2. The dryer provided won't dry a load on 1 cycle. Except when doing 1 or 2 items, 2 cycles required.
  3. In order to enter the master shower, 2 steep steps with nothing on which to hold is required. When you get there, no caddy/holder/shelf is there. Only a lip around the bottom is left to set your soap and whatever else want to have in the shower. It could also have used a doubling of the towels provided. Inadequate for the maximum number of occupants advertised. The need for more textiles goes for the kitchen as well.
  
  That said - The view from the balcony is wonderful and the furniture provided there is comfortable and perfect for watching the world go by.
  Phoenix VI includes both indoor and outdoor pools, an indoor Squash court and other amenities. The staff was always quite responsive when asked. The unit was clean.

  Great location and overall a great trip. Several pros and a few cons. First, a big plus was the ice maker in unit. It was kind of loud but was super convenient. The balcony is very nice and has great comfortable furniture on it. Beds and linens are comfortable. Many times I’ve stayed in places and the elevators are horrible and can’t keep up. No problems here! 4 elevators grouped together and they were fast and efficient.
  
  Two big cons with the unit. It sleeps 10. I reserved for 7 (ended up with 6.) There are not enough towels. There were 4towels, 2 wash clothes, and 1hand towel in each of the 2 bathrooms. I asked for more on the first day we were there and I was told “due to supply shortage” this was all that was supplied. After texting back saying this should be communicated, I was told this is info shared in reservation email. I referred back and it was in one line stating that 1 towel set was provided for each bathroom. I have been renting from VRBO and Airbnb several times a year for many years now and I have never not had towels. I expect to bring extra toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, hand soap, ziplocks, etc but towels are a standard. I expect to wash towels every night also and bring laundry detergent. I have never had to bring towels except for beach towels. The second con with this unit was the dryer had to run almost 3 complete cycles to dry towels. So every minute spent in the condo was dealing with towels.

Everything was clean and except for dishtowels, the kitchen was well stocked.Very pleased with the security at the condo and the ease of check in. Would def rent this condo again. Enjoyed Paula Deen's restaurant and shopping. The donut shop across the street was wonderful.

  Everything was super clean. Beautiful beach view. It was so relaxing. Would definitely stay again. The only thing that did't work was the under cabinet ice maker. Maintenance came to fix but it still didn't work. But no big deal. The view made up for that.
