Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

  Our room was great and everything was perfect inside the room. Phoenix five is an older building, the outside pool is really nice and it’s very easy beach access, the splash pad is nice, only negatives would be just older building and older fixtures In the lobby and elevators and the indoor pool and hot tub area probably needs to be updated. Beach was very crowded which is expected in a high-rise condominium area. Our room had a great view from the balcony though. Room was very clean and comfortable.

  We had a great stay in Phoenix V room 802. Great location and amenities especially for families with young children. Only complaint was the ice maker was broken, but I suspect this is by design in order to force guests to buy the $5/bag ice downstairs.

  I may have set my expectations too high based on all of the 5-star reviews. I have only done a vacation rental like this one time before and it was a really bad experience, so this one was definitely better but still not great.
  The Good - Great location - fantastic view -condo fully equipped - easy parking, easy beach access
  
  The Bad - As soon as you walk in the lobby, there is an overwhelming smell of chlorine (I assume coming from the indoor pool that is downstairs), cracked tiles everywhere. First impression was just ok, but and was a little scared of what would be inside (based on how the front door of the condo looked). Everything was basically as pictured and clean. The bed was very uncomfortable (hump in the middle), bathroom counter was small child height, couches uncomfortable. Not even 1 extra roll of TP in the bathroom, so had to make another store run to get more.
  
  Overall we enjoyed our time in Orange Beach since the reason for this trip was relaxation which we accomplished, but would not choose this condo complex again. There were a lot of Phoenix properties and maybe another one would have been better for us.

  Lovely condo with balcony over looking the water and pools. The pool was beautiful, very clean and the grandkids also had a splash pad to enjoy. The condo was nice and clean but bare bones like a hotel room. I have stayed in lots of vacation rentals and was a little surprised that there wasn't even salt and pepper or an extra roll of toilet paper. In the kitchen there was 1 dish towel, no dish cloth just a sponge. The ice maker in the fridge didn't work so good thing our daughter was staying the same complex we would just go fill our bucket from her. All in all we loved our stay here, just be prepared to bring a few extra things like toilet paper, salt, sugar, pepper etc. We also enjoyed biking in the Gulf State Park and look forward to coming back. We would stay here again for sure!!

We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab. This is to help guests get settled in when they first arrive. Due to each stay being a different length of time, we have the started kit to be fair for each guest that arrives. We apologize if it was not enough for your stay. Due to health reasons we do not leave any food or spices in the condo between guests, this was a standard before COVID, but even more so now.   The condo was clean and very comfortable. Had a slight problem with the AC blowing hard on my side of the bed, but my husband and I switched sides. It didn’t seem to bother him. The refrigerator didn’t work, but by the second day, a replacement was delivered. The maintenance/management staff were very responsive and took care of the refrigerator issue promptly!.

  My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this unit. The décor and cleanliness were great. We liked sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee. Our only complaints were the curtains in the bedroom were not room darkening so the outside light lit up the room at night. Also, the elevator system is TERRIBLE there. Overall, I highly recommend this unit .

  Well, it's true! The photos advertised are exactly what you get when you rent this property. Our overall experience was great with the exception the couch's have seen better days and we not really comfortable to sit on. The view was amazing and it was great to be so close to the Gulf. The property was well guarded and very clean and our unit was IMPECIBLY CLEAN!

  The condo was really a nice place. A few things that needed attention or updates: The decorations were all dated and need to be replaced. There was not really a theme it was just thrown together. The HVAC return was NASTY, black greasy dust hanging off the vent. The Ceiling fans rocked and made noise when on. The living room rug was worn and filthy. The kitchen was clean, but the amenities need to be updated. There was not enough silverware, bowls and hardly anything matched. The dishwasher did not work, would not drain the water out and was Very loud. The sliding glass doors were hard to open and the tracks were nasty. The bed was very comforter, the bedding however was gross. We brought our own. Not enough towels. The building itself was clean, but the pool area was not clean. The hot tubs were closed because of covid 19. Parking was good, except they closed part of the parking area for renovations. The elevators took forever to get to a floor. The good things loved the location and the ease to find places to eat and shop, loved the view. The staff were exceptional. We would stay at this location again, BUT not this unit.
