Welcome to Phoenix V 601, a splendid 3 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf-front condo on the 6th floor, where every moment promises relaxation and scenic beauty. This west corner unit in Orange Beach is perfect for families or groups seeking a beachfront haven.

The Primary suite is a tranquil retreat, featuring a King bed, flat-screen TV, and access to a North-facing balcony. The private bath boasts a tile walk-in shower, offering a spa-like experience. The second bedroom is comfortably furnished with 2 Full beds and a flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom is ideal for kids or extra guests, featuring a Full bed, Twin bunk beds, and a flat-screen TV.

Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker. A full-sized washer and dryer add convenience to your stay.

The open living area is a highlight, boasting floor-to-ceiling windows that frame stunning views. A 65-inch TV provides entertainment, and a sofa sleeper expands sleeping options, accommodating up to 12 guests in total.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

  My family loved the location of this condo. It's on the corner, so there's extra balcony space. Everything was clean when we arrived, and the view is wonderful. Our only issue was with the remotes. Some didn't have batteries, they were mixed up and not with the correct TVs, etc.. (normally, we wouldn't even be using the TVs at the beach, but my older parents were with us, and were in the condo for most of the time). We called customer service and they came out the next day and fixed this issue.
  We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

  We stayed in a gorgeous condo at Phoenix V, it rented for 12 and we had 11 people. Liquid life stated there was a “towel shortage” and this is why they were unable to give us enough towels for everyone to have their own to bathe with. 8 towels for 11 people is gross. We saw multiple housekeepers with carts full of towels and a woman pushing a giant load of bagged towels across the parking lot. It must have been our imagination. Anyhow, twice daily washing of laundry fixed this but what a bunch of balogna. Also no hand soap, bar soap. I’m not too impressed with Liquid Life rentals but would definitely recommend staying in condo 601 at Phoenix V. We will if managed by someone else perhaps. Also, a heads up- Phoenix V has 1 set of elevators and this can require patience. The racquetball court is very cool and staff were all friendly!

  Very pleased by this clean and spacious condo on the beach. Great size for our group of 5 adults and 2 teenagers with plenty room to spare. I really enjoyed the amount and quality of furniture throughout and even on the patio, and comfortable beds is a definite plus! The only thing I needed and was missing was a hairdryer but we managed with beach hair for few days lol. I would absolutely stay here again, it was nothing less than the standard of any Phoenix condo!

  The entire process from booking thru VRBO to checking in and out was so easy. Great communication. The condo was very clean, stocked with all of the basics. We knew ahead of time to get/bring extra supplies like toilet paper, towels, etc. We had tons of room and never ran out of hot water with 6 of us taking back to back showers. The view of the ocean is beautiful. We love being able to walk right out to the beach. This is the 2nd time staying at the Pheonix V and we enjoyed it both times. It is very close to so many things. We had an amazing vacation. We love Orange Beach, the condo, and Phoenix V. We can't wait to go back!

  This is a very spacious corner unit condo! Our family enjoyed every minute staying here. The balcony was just the right size, beds were comfy, AC worked great and the appliances worked perfect! Only complaint is the condo definitely needs more bathing towels! We had to wash towels constantly for the 12 people staying here. Other than that we will definitely book this condo again!
