  This is our second year staying at Phoenix V and enjoyed our stay as much as the first year. The location of the condo was perfect for aging grandparents who were with us (walked straight into the room from the lobby floor) and handicap parking (when a spot was available) was handy and close to the room. The room met all of our needs adequately. The curtain fell down in the master bedroom on day 1 while opening it but maintenance fixed it as soon as I reported it. I was expecting the unit to be cleaner overall than it was and there was visible mold on the air vent above the kitchen and a giant stain on the couch. The $50 parking fee seemed excessive and should be included with the unit.

  Second time staying at Phoenix V in this unit. It is our favorite as unit 110 has a large covered balcony/porch, great Gulf view, and easy-no elevator-access to the pool and beach.
  
  One issue came up with our stay and compliments to Liquid Life on handling it. When we arrived we soon discovered the AC wasn't working with the furnace blower unit literally frozen. Texted Liquid Life and a maintenance person was there within a couple hours. The repair was completed the next day.

  This is a beautiful condo. Clean, right on the beach, spacious and the best condo we have stayed in in Orange Beach in the past 39 years!!! Will be staying again this coming summer, August 2023. Location is perfect. Clues to the marina, gulf shoes and in the center of Orange Beach. Loved staying on the first floor during Covid, did not have to wait and ride in elevator!

  We visit Orange Beach 1-2 times each summer and absolutely love the area. Phoenix resorts typically do not disappoint. We’ve stayed at most of them over the years and V is in a great location. The unit was outdated but within expectations of what we rented. The first floor location was fantastic and easy access to parking/lobby and beach. Little to no elevator use needed for this unit. We are extremely disappointed with our overall visit sadly. When we arrived in the unit, it was immediately apparent that the guest before we arrived smoked cigarettes heavily in the room for their stay. The entire condo smelled of smoke our entire stay. It was awful. We addressed it right away with Liquid Life. They sent someone the same day to spray a solvent that was supposed to take away the smell. It did not work at all. We contacted them again that night and the next morning without response via phone, vrbo message and e-mail without response. We called again and spoke with an agent at the office. She was rude, seemed annoyed that we were asking for assistance. We asked for a air purifier system to be put in room. These can be found at the local hardware store for less than $100. They refused to do this and instead sent another guy with a deodorizer spray back to the room. We aired out the condo daily in an attempt to control the odor but it made little difference. We are home now and are having to wash everything we brought due to the smoke smell. It’s outrageous that this was not handled and I will never rent with Liquid Life again and absolutely not recommend them to friends and family. We traveled with a group of 12 other baseball families who will also not be using these services again due to poor service. The Phoenix V is wonderful but Liquid Life is the issue here so do not rent from them if customer service is important to you.

  Our condo was perfect ! Loved being on the 1st floor, no elevators to contend with ! The only disappointing event was that housekeeping came as we were walking out, we left some things in the dryer and called . I was told the items were not found. So unless he didn’t check the dryer as part of his duties, he should have found them - also I think $50 for parking is high - at least 1 space should be included

  We loved this place. It had everything that a person coming to the beach would want, and then some. It was a nice condo, beach view, pool below (which was not my favorite part). The price was lower than getting VRBO, especially with all their fees. The place is located sort of between gulf shores and orange beach so both were close to get anywhere we needed.   The condo had a nice layout and was conveniently located inside the building on the main level so you didn’t have to use the elevator. Beautiful views of the Gulf and outdoor pool. The other guests enjoying the outdoor pool until 11p each night were a little noisy for us in the master bedroom and the master bedroom could use room darkening drapes and a better mattress (very firm), but otherwise I would definitely recommend this condo.
  
  Liquid Life contacted me two different days to show the condo since it’s for sale which was an inconvenience especially when one of the days I was on a dolphin cruise with my family. That was frustrating to feel like my vacation kept getting interrupted.

  If I were planning another vacation, I would book this condo again. It was very conveniently located on the first floor. You can see the door to the condo when you pull up out front. I was nervous about it being loud, but it was not terrible. We could hear nose from the pool at night if everything was quiet, but it wasn't a deal breaker. With two littles, it was nice not having to use the elevator, especially with COVID! The location was ideal. The balcony is very big and my little one enjoyed running around it in her walker. The splash pad was a big hit.
