Welcome to Phoenix Orange Beach 2006, a luxurious 4 bedroom, 3 bath Gulf-front condo that epitomizes coastal living at its finest. Located in one of the newest complexes in Orange Beach, this corner unit on the 20th floor offers breathtaking panoramic views and all the comforts of home.

The Primary suite in this condo is a true sanctuary, featuring a King bed, direct balcony access for those stunning Gulf views, and a lavish Primary bath complete with dual vanities, a Whirlpool tub, and a separate shower. Two additional bedrooms each offer the comfort of 2 Queen beds and share access to a well-appointed bathroom. The fourth bedroom is a cozy retreat with 2 Queen beds and an adjoining bath that includes a walk-in shower. In total, this spacious unit can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests.

Step into the expansive living room, where a sofa sleeper complements the seating area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows frame the southern horizon, offering an ever-changing backdrop of the Gulf Coast. The kitchen is a chef's delight, fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making meal preparation a joy.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

  Our family came together in Orange Beach to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We had a fantastic time and the condo was beautiful. We needed the 4 bedrooms with 2 queen beds in 3 and the king in the 4th. It was well appointed and enough room for the 12 of us. The location was great with shopping and restaurants close by. Loved just going down the elevator and beings at the pool, lazy river (that the kids loved along with the slide) and then just steps from the beach which the family loved playing in the surf and walking in the sand. The property was clean and well maintained. Normally you don't see crown molding and expensive cabinets in a vacation rental. We did receive excellent customer service every time we called or had a question. I would definitely recomment this property to my friends and family. We did go to Lambert's for dinner in Foley. Always a fun time and the kids really enjoyed the "throwed rolls." This was mainly and beach and pool trip and with the 7 grandkids ranging in age from 5 to 18 they totally enjoyed Orange Beach and what it had to offer. Glad we found Phoenix Orange Beach 2006.

  We had a total of 16 guest and the condo accommodated us well. Wonderful location with plenty of good restaurants across the street. The condo was very nice and had great views of the gulf. The kids enjoyed the hot tubs, lazy river, water slide and pool. I would recommend this room for your family vacation!

  Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Gorgeous beach views from the bedrooms and living room. Very spacious. Pictures don’t do it justice.
  However, only two parking passes for a condo that sleeps 16 is ridiculous. Other cars had to pay $30 a day to park in an overflow lot 2 miles away that wasn’t even gated or monitored.

  The view of this condo was incredible! The porch was nice and large enough for two families.
  The master bed was extremely hard. It needs a new mattress. The other bedrooms were okay. The elevators are very slow. Pack your patience.

  Our unit was clean and well equipped. Our family of 11 enjoyed our time together with enough room for everyone. The younger ones loved the lazy river and water slide. They were never too crowded.Really close to the beach, very short walk. We come to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach several times a year and have stayed in many different condo buildings. This unit has by far the best views I have seen. Hope to return.

  The condo is beautiful!! It is on an end so there are amazing views of the ocean & the city lights! It’s spectacular at night. The patio furniture is above quality & comfortable to eat or play cards & relax. Everyone in our party slept so well- it was quiet & peaceful. It decorated beautifully but still very comfortable. Our favorite thing about this property though is the lazy river. The property is right in the middle of town so it is convenient to shop & go out to dinner. We love this place!

  Overall we had a great stay with our extended family. There was plenty of room for all of us. We loved having the balcony overlooking the beach, the proximity to the beach and the kids loved the pool and waterslide.
  If I could change some things...better cutting knives, non-stick frying pans (though they did have several larger cooking items (pots, bowls, etc) which was great), a smaller rug (by maybe a foot) in the family room so that the table could be further away from the bar, and a different dining table with smaller chairs that could seat more people. They could also get do away with a lot of the decorations (especially in the living area), it was a little much.
  Overall, it really was great though and we would stay again.
