CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

    Unit 1412 is not kept up. Book this unit in May 2022. I addressed these issues in May:
    Carpet is nasty and dirty
    Missing blinds in living room (no privacy)
    No ice machine
    Bathroom cabinets are nasty
    I was assured this would be addressed so I re booked in September. Upon my arrival NOTHING HAD CHANGED!! Carpet was even worse. I will not stay here again.

    The rental was as promised. We had very prompt response to one issue. It was quickly resolved. The unit could use a new sleeper sofa and chair. Other than that we were very pleased and will use liquid life again.

    Floors are gross — they need to be cleaned better. The dryer does not always dry... towels take three rounds. Curtains are missing... no privacy. Furniture inside and outside are not comfortable and seem cheap. No large ice maker — guests should not have to spend more money and gas to go get bags of ice. Least favorite room we have stayed in for the last 4 years.
