The Primary suite in this condo is a haven of comfort, featuring a plush King bed, a 42-inch flat-screen TV, and a private bath equipped with a Jacuzzi tub, a large walk-in shower, and dual vanity for your convenience. The second bedroom, equally comfortable and inviting, offers a cozy Queen bed and a 23-inch flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

Step out onto the large balcony and enjoy the picturesque views of the lazy river and lush surroundings. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room allow natural light to fill the space, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living room also includes a sofa sleeper and a large flat-screen TV, ideal for movie nights or simply relaxing.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Your parking pass(es) must be purchased on-site at Phoenix on the Bay upon arrival.

  We have been coming to Phoenix on the Bay for many years. We love the condos and the amenities they offer. Love it! My only complaint is that the floors in the condo are so dirty that the bottom of everyone's feet are so black due to the lack of the floors being mopped and cleaned. It's like we have to wash our feet before we can get in bed. So gross. That will be my one and only complaint about every single condo we have stayed at here on Phoenix on the Bay. The cleaning crew has to really step up their game and clean the floors much better. Other than that, Yes I will be coming back. We love POB. GET THE FLOORS CLEANED!!! :)

  The AC went out but was fixed very quickly and the only complaint was the floors were dirty, we had black feet from them. They did come to clean the floors and it was better but maybe needs a good buffing. The management team was very nice and responded quickly.

  The condo was nice, however the floors were extremely dirty. My feet were black after walking barefoot in the condo. Made me wonder what else had not been cleaned well. I did call and housekeeping came to clean the floors.

  The amenities and room were great. The kids loved the pools and slide. Everything was located in a way that all the kids could play and we could see everyone from the middle pool. Only few complaints were parking was $55 which I thought was ridiculous. Just add that into the room rates. The other thing were the people with the crazy loud speakers drowning out everyone elses speakers by the pool. Besides that the place is great and we're already booking to go back in September

  Honestly the best, nicest condo experience ever! Pictures are actual photos. Easy access from garage to room, friendly check-in staff, close to everything. Our grandkids never even missed the oceanfront beach! That says a lot. We brought premade frozen meals, what a lifesaver. Never left the property. Clean bedding and towels, full size laundry so i even came home with all my clothes washed. I truly can't say enough good things to say about this place/unit. Thanks again for a wonderful relaxing vacation to remember. Definetly want to book this unit again. Oh yeah, the balcony looks right at the pool and water slide, so letting the oldest go by himself was great!
