Phoenix Gulf Shores 1901, a captivating 4-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front condo on the 19th floor, offers a luxurious escape in the heart of Gulf Shores. Situated in a new, low-density complex, this corner unit is an ideal sanctuary for up to 14 guests seeking a blend of comfort and elegance by the sea.

The Primary suite, an epitome of relaxation, features a plush King bed, private balcony access for breathtaking views, and a lavish Primary bath equipped with a jetted tub and separate shower. The second bedroom houses two comfortable Queen beds and an attached bath with a walk-in shower. Bedrooms three and four, one with two Queen beds and the other with a King bed, share an adjoining bathroom, providing ample space for all guests. Each bedroom is outfitted with a flat-screen TV for personal entertainment.

The expansive living room, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, showcases the stunning South and West vistas of the Gulf. Furnished with two recliners, two swivel chairs, a cozy sofa sleeper, and equipped with a large flat-screen TV, the living area is perfect for family gatherings and movie nights.

Culinary enthusiasts will delight in the fully equipped kitchen, boasting granite countertops, state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, and a wet bar with an ice maker. A full-sized washer and dryer add to the convenience of your stay.

For those who enjoy friendly competition, the tennis court is a great place to engage in some sportsmanship and fun.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

  The condo was very nice, and parking was a breeze. Our only issue was the lack of towels and cookware. There were not enough towels for everyone to have their own, so we were constantly washing. The cookware was lacking as well. Overall, it was a nice stay.

  Phoenix Gulf Shore does not disappoint!! This was our third year in this complex and 9th year in Phoenix properties. Condo was wonderful. Clean and spacious enough for three families. Would like an upgrade to the patio furniture possibly.

  The suite 1901 was wonderful. the view is spectacular, and you can experience both the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The Master bedroom faces the ocean, and the waves from the ocean can lull you to sleep everyy night. The facility was well equipped, and you can rest assured that there is a wine bottle opener included. Everything is wonderful for your stay. Very well situated and easily accessible to many restaurants and stores. The staff was most helpful in attending to our needs. Oh, by the way, take advantage to the hot tubs at the indoor pool.

  Easy booking over the phone . We are repeat customers for liquid life. Checked in at lobby to pay for parking passes. It was $70 for 2 parking passes. Prices set by Phoenix. Room was exactly as described and pictures do not do it justice! We loved the bay and ocean views. Very clean unit. Kitchen was well stocked. We did have to request more wash rags as there was only 6 in the unit. We had 9 people and the unit sleeps 14. Liquid life brought us more rags the same day we checked in. Beds were all comfortable and we all slept well. Tennis courts were closed, we think possibly due to storm damage but we were told of public courts close by to play at. This condo is close to many restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back to this condo!
