Welcome to Phoenix East II 2502, a serene Gulf-front haven where your dream vacation becomes a reality. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo, nestled on the 5th floor in beautiful Orange Beach, is an ideal retreat for up to 4 guests, blending comfort with the soothing ambiance of the shore.

Step into the Primary suite, your private sanctuary for relaxation. It's equipped with a luxurious King bed and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding in peace. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room includes a convenient sofa sleeper, ensuring all guests have a cozy place to rest.

Phoenix East II is an amenity-rich condo complex designed to elevate your vacation experience. Dive into the newly-renovated outdoor zero-entry pool, an inviting space for all ages, or enjoy the indoor pool, perfect for swimming any time of the year. The outdoor pool features a waterfall bridge, adding a magical touch to your swim experience. For relaxation, the hot tub is an ideal spot to unwind, while the kids can have endless fun at the splash pad. Sports enthusiasts will be thrilled with the variety of options available, including a tennis court, basketball hoop, fitness room, and racquetball court, all perfect for staying active and entertained. After a day full of activities, the sauna provides a serene space to help you relax and rejuvenate.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

  The condo was nicely laid out, had a comfortable bed, a nicely stocked kitchen and having a washer/dryer in the condo was very convenient. The highlight was of course the balcony and the view of the beach and ocean. I will say, the place looked clean upon arrival, but the floors had obviously not been mopped. When we contacted Liquid Life about this issue though, they were very quick to send a guest satisfaction team to mop the floors for us. I was a bit disappointed in what they call their "starter kit", which only includes a watered down mini dish soap, watered down shower items, one toilet paper roll, one paper towel roll, and one trash bag per can, and no tissues. It would have been nice to at least have a little extra paper products and trash bags. Two dishwasher pods and two laundry pods were provided, which was fine. Two more small notes: the door stopper on the front door was loose and useless and the couch was full of sand, which was not pleasant when discovered.

The people help me with everything, from booking to getting the condo ready for my husband and I when we arrived in Orange Beach earlier than we expected.   The small condo is well laid out and has maximized the space and storage to the extent possible. The kitchen is well equipped and cleaning tools (vacuum, broom/dust pan etc.) were there for use during our 2 month stay. Furniture was comfortable and the bed OK. View of the beach great!
