The Primary suite, a haven of tranquility, features a King bed, a flat-screen TV, DVR for your entertainment needs, and balcony access to enjoy the stunning views. The suite’s private bathroom includes a modern, walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom is cozy and inviting with a Queen bed, and the third bedroom is equally comfortable with 2 Full beds. Both guest rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

The heart of this condo is its fully equipped kitchen, showcasing granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, ideal for crafting your favorite meals. The full-sized washer and dryer add to the convenience of your stay. The living and dining area is adorned with elegant wooden floors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room, furnished with a sofa sleeper, accommodates additional guests and features a 58-inch flat-screen Smart TV, perfect for movie nights.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  The property was nice and was clean, however, not being allowed to check-in until 2 hours late was ridiculous. And to not be compensated in any way for the inconvenience. We had two car loads with children and groceries after driving 4 hours and had to keep them waiting in a car for 2 more hours. That’s absurd!

  We really enjoyed staying at Pelican Pointe. We had four adults and three children staying in the condo. We had plenty of room. It was clean and orderly when we arrived. Check in and check out was very easy over text. Short walk down to the beach. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools. The location is great. I liked being in a place with a security gate. Close to restaurants and shopping. We have no complaints for this condo and Liquid Life.

  We stayed here for a girls trip. The property management company was awesome. Super easy check in and out. Our only complaint was the HOA. They are only allowing one car at the property. We had to park our other 2 cars off property which was very inconvenient. They also don’t allow any smoking. You have to go way out into the parking lot to do so. Other than that, it was great.

  First, I want to say the condo was just lovely. It had obviously just been renovated and was very nice. We appreciated having two queen beds in the one room. The patio furniture was very nice and ungraded. Our only issue was the until was really humid. Not sure if the HVAC unit needs to be serviced but the humidity inside the condo was very noticeable. The only issue we had overall is that parts of the building itself seemed to be in disrepair. One of the elevators was covered in pink insulation board and it had obviously been there for quite sometime because people had written all over it and parts were missing. There were also several construction dumpsters in the parking lot and a few times during our stay there was a lot broken glass in the parking lot.

  Great week for my husband and me and three of our grown children. Pictures of the unit are spot-on. Furnishings were very comfortable and the unit was very clean. Outdoor furniture is extremely sturdy and comfortable, making it a perfect place for my boys to check-in at work virtually. Full-size washer and dryer worked great and kitchen was well stocked. Only thing missing was washcloths in the bathrooms. Construction was going on but the workers were very courteous and unobtrusive. Publix and Walmart are within 2-3 minute drive, as well as several restaurants and other shops. Our vehicle was left undriveable on the last night due to a hail storm. Liquid Life was our guardian angel, allowing us to rent the condo for an additional night at a highly reduced rate. We would definitely stay here again!

  Everything was seamless with our rental. It was clean, in great shape, perfect for kids and family. My only complaints are that there were only two bath towels in each bathroom and we didn’t have a full roll of toilet paper or paper towels when we arrived.
