Pelican Pointe 303, nestled in the heart of Orange Beach on the 3rd floor, is your dream vacation destination, offering a serene Gulf-front escape. Perfect for up to 10 guests, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo harmoniously blends comfort and elegance.

The Primary suite is a haven of relaxation, featuring a King bed, an ensuite with a walk-in tile shower, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the large private balcony. The balcony, with its sofa seating, is an ideal spot for enjoying mesmerizing beach and Gulf views. The second bedroom is appointed with a comfortable Queen bed, while the third bedroom caters to additional guests or kids with 2 Twin-Over-Full bunk beds. Each guest room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, ensuring entertainment for all.

The condo prides itself on high-quality furnishings, including a hand-made dining table that adds a touch of artisanal charm. The fully-equipped kitchen, with its sleek granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, invites you to unleash your culinary creativity. PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  The condo itself was amazing! The layout, furnishings, and location were perfect!! However I was VERY disappointed with the way Liquid Life handled the management of our balcony being closed. Our email informed us there was construction and the pool was closed. It stated the balcony to some units may OR may not be closed, if it were, they would notify us IMMEDIATELY. So imagine our surprise upon arrival to find it CLOSED, we WERE NOT notified at all! Oh but they did offer up another room with a balcony, for $2000 dollars more! Shame on you Liquid Life, I will NEVER rent from you again, AND several of my coworkers who were thinking about going with you have absolutely changed their mind!

  1st off this condo sleeps 10 and had 9 and there were only 8 towels and 2 wash clothes, 2 trash bags & 2 rolls of toilet paper. Then they closed the pool for the entire, which we did receive and email regarding 4 days before our arrival and that it was due to construction which lead us to believe the pool was being worked on, no the pool was closed off so that they could spend each day setting up a different area and then never did any work. There was no reason the pool had to be closed the entire time. I would not suggest this location to anyone until “construction” is complete.

  We were very disappointed with Unit 303 at Pelican Point. We spent the first 3-4 days on the phone and texting with Liquid Life. They fixed dishwasher, outside doors to the balcony, absence of remote for living room ceiling fan, toilets wobbling on their bases, and the air conditioning. The unit really needed more attention and maintenance by the owners way before we got there on 6/16/22. For example, the sectional on balcony was so threadbare it's ripped. We would've known if we had read more recent reviews. We booked months before our vacation. I would recommend a different unit. Pelican Point is nicely situated. They were, however, still doing repairs for a hurricane that happened 2 years ago. Some of those repairs were happening outside our balcony. As I said, Liquid Life responded to each and every one of our calls and texts. They turned a regretful vacation to an enjoyable one. I would recommend the property, but not unit 303. PS. I'm not from TX; we're from AZ.

  The location is great. Check in was easy and communication with Liquid Life was great. However, the condo needs help!! The bunk beds need to be replaced, tile was very dirty, the condo had a bad smell right when you walked in. Toilet in master bath wiggled a little.

They checked in during the stay to make sure everything was okay and sent maintenance out immediately for a challenge with the AC.   As a condo owner, the condo was overall a great complex, pool, location, and slept a good amount of people. Decorated very well. The outdoor space is awesome. I will say the kitchen needs better stocked, for example the coffee wouldn’t even get hot because it didn’t have the correct pot. Beds were not comfy, none of the doors to the rooms shut good. I would say they could look into a better property management company. They were not easy to get in touch with. Didn’t respond back to our text. Late giving us check in information. One of the beds didn’t even have sheets on it when we got there. Not the first time I’ve had this experience with liquid life.

  Very spacious rental. Lots of seating in living room and dining room. It was clean and had well maintained furniture. Balcony was large with adequate seating as well. Bathrooms were updated. No tub which made bath time for a 16-month old a challenge, but we made it work. I would recommend thhis rental.

  We had a great experience at Pelican Pointe. It was our second time to stay at the complex but our first time staying in this particular unit. The size of the unit was perfect for the 6 of us, and the kids loved the bunk bed room. The only slight issue that we encountered was that the microwave didn't work properly. We determined that it likely had something to do with the electrical connections to the unit because there were a couple of other outlets that didn't work, as well. It was not a deal breaker at all, and didn't even bother us enough that we notified anyone during our stay. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a perfect escape from the somewhat chilly temps on a couple of the days that we were there, and the close proximity to the beach was ideal. We could watch our older kids from the balcony while they played in the sand, which made for some much needed adult relaxation on the amazing balcony. We will definitely look into staying at Pelican Pointe again, and we would also request this particular unit again.
