The second bedroom is cozy and inviting, featuring a Queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for additional guests or children, with 2 Twin beds. The living space is designed for relaxation and socializing, with a sofa sleeper that expands the accommodation capacity to 8 people. The living room is home to a 50-inch flat-screen Smart TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  We had a good experience.. we’ve stayed at this condo before and love the view .. the only drawback was that the condo was not ready until almost 5pm which was frustrating. There weren’t enough towels and only 1 kitchen towel . It would have been nice to have some condiments like salt and pepper etc. overall we love that condo ..

  I have stayed at pelican pointe several times nearly 20 years ago so I was initially a little worried about what the state of the property might be, but those concerns were unfounded. My spouse and I had a great week and would absolutely rent it this unit again.

  The condo was very nice and accommodating but there were a couple of issues. This condo is on the end so water pools outside of the front door when it rains. We were also told we would get 2 parking passes but right before we arrived it was changed to 1. We had two families staying in the condo so it was a huge inconvenience for us to park one car offsite each night and go back to get it. Not to mention the parking lot was only half full and could have accommodated more vehicles.

  I was extremely impressed with the property. It had everything you could possibly want, “ A home away from home”. My family truly enjoyed themselves, from my 92 year old mother to my 10 and 11 year old grandchildren.
  They need to improve on providing parking for more than one car and they didn’t respond to my request for additional washcloths.
