Welcome to The Palm Beach 52D, a splendid 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath Gulf-front condo perched on the 5th floor in Orange Beach. It's the ideal retreat for those seeking a relaxing vacation by the sea.

As you enter the Primary suite, you'll find a luxurious King bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the private balcony, where breathtaking Gulf views await. The ensuite Primary bath is an oasis of relaxation, featuring a Jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in shower, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun.

The second bedroom offers comfort and privacy, featuring two cozy Queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and its own private bath, ensuring all guests have their own serene space to retreat.

The heart of the condo is the fully equipped kitchen, where you can whip up delightful meals or quick beach snacks. The open layout flows into the living area, where a comfortable sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space for up to 8 people. It's a great spot to gather, watch movies, or simply enjoy the company of your loved ones.

Palm Beach Resort caters to a variety of preferences with its resort-style amenities. The heated outdoor pool is a highlight, providing a relaxing and warm swimming experience in any weather. PARKING
All guests staying at Palm Beach must purchase parking passes and register vehicles with the 'Parking Boss' application. Guests can register for parking anytime after booking until 7 days prior to arrival, or upon arrival if necessary. All condos will be allowed to register for ONE parking space with advance registration. Guests staying in two and three-bedroom condos will be allowed to register a second vehicle on a first-come, first-serve basis on the day of arrival.

  Perfect location.. wonderful condo! Love the quiet beach experience! Too bad there is a high rise going up right beside this awesome place. May not be as serene in the near future.

  Overall our stay was very good. Location was good, right next to state park, which we enjoyed very much. Being on a less busy part of the beach suited us well. We fished right out front. Condo was farely clean, little dusty, needed more detailed cleaning. TV & washer needed repairs, but service was provided promptly. Non-working vaccuum was replaced within a day. Liquid life proved easy to work with. Disappointed that both pools were not heated. Don't feel that property description paints a true description of what you end up with.

  We found our condo very clean with plenty of space. The view of the ocean from every room was stunning especially at sunrise. We had a couple of issues in our 5 week stay and Liquid Life addressed them quickly. Maintenance team was respectful of our time and worked quickly. We had a great experience at Palm Beach 52D!!
