Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

  Overall our experience was good! The shower in this condo is amazing!! There are a few things in this property in need of repair. The refrigerator makes a loud noise and the dryer does the same.

  Very satisfied with this complex/unit. The location was perfect. The complex is in an excellent location and clean. It's quiet since it's 1/2 to 3/4 a mile away from the nightlife and water excursion rentals. Very walkable if you want to parasail or jet ski. This unit sits right in the middle of the complex with an amazing ocean front view straight off the balcony. It's close, but not too close to the elevators and the trash shoot. The fitness room and pool are close as well. The balcony was roomy and the furniture was comfortable. The pool area was noisy in the evenings, but it closes at 10:30. There's really no unit you can stay in to get away from this. The fountain runs at night making it a little annoying if you wake up during the night if staying in the primary room. The sound of the waves would have been more pleasant to listen to. The kitchen was stocked with way more than we expected! Everything from a vegetable peeler to a wine bottle opener. Plenty of dishes. The only issue we had in the kitchen was with plastic containers that didn't have matching or missing lids. This is an extremely small complaint. It would not stop us from rebooking this unit. Both bathrooms had four large shower towels which was nice. The beds were comfortable. The bunk-room is very small...sleeping room only. We didn't mind as we were hanging out together in the main living space and on the beach. The beach chair rentals are a must! The stands to rent are located on the beach and open at 9am, but they're out setting up by 7am and will visit with you about renting. It's a very easy process. Parking is easy with plenty of room to park. The cost is $40 for a parking pass. The communication leading up to the trip was awesome. This unit truly was perfect for our family of five. We'd love to stay here again!

  Condo was very clean and up to date. Master bath was awesome and completely new. Bed was very comfortable. We have been disappointed the past few times with other condos at The Lighthouse because most are long overdue for an update and thorough cleaning. But we will definitely be back to stay at 413.

  Lighthouse 413 is in a great location!!! It is close to the elevators and only one floor up from the parking garage, so you can always take the stairs. You are only a short walk to Sea and Suds, and the main strip. As far as amenities, we had everything that we needed. Coffee maker, toaster, and washer/dryer all worked great, but they had other appliances and plenty of plates, cups, utensils, etc. The beds slept GREAT!!! The rental was EXTREMELY clean. We would definitely recommend this to a friend and come back. We love walking on the beach, and Lighthouse is in a great location to walk the beach or rent a beach chair and watch the waves.

  Unit 413 was one of the cleanest units we have ever stayed in and we have been coming to the Lighthouse for 12 years. The remodeled shower is amazing. A few upgrades would make this unit perfect.   This condo was perfect for 6 people. The view was phenomenal. The only faults I would say is that the pool fountain is loud that you can't hear the ocean waves. Also, the pull out couch was not provided with extra bedding, but maybe there was more in the office. I never asked. Other than that, all the dishes were provided, the laundry room was awesome to have in the room, the pools were great, and the gym was bigger than I figured it would be.

  Check in was easy, and got to check in early. Plenty of room, beautifully decorated, sparkling clean. A few more essentials would have been nice, such as hand soap in bathrooms, extra toilet paper, coffee filters and coffee. But overall, we had a great stay. We would definitely stay here again!

  We had the perfect experience! Condo is clean, quiet, great view, great location, and well maintained for a beach rental destination. Reservation, check in, and check out experience were pleasant and easy. Actually check in was early! We traveled with another family. They used a different property management company and had to wait until 4 PM to check in. Prior to selecting condo 413 we reserved a room with another property management company with this same complex. We were required to take the travel insurance. The day after making the reservation we received an email stating the condo was already rented by another party. I reached out to the management company to inquire how that could happen. No response. We did not receive a refund for the travel insurance. We asked the other property management co for assistance. No response. We were very hesitant to book another condo. We did and Liquid Life proved not all property management companies operate the same way.
