Lighthouse 304 is an enchanting 3-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front condo, perfectly crafted for a relaxing beach vacation. Nestled on the 3rd floor in Gulf Shores, this condo offers a serene escape with the soothing sound of ocean waves as your constant backdrop.

The Primary suite is a haven of relaxation, boasting a King bed, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, a spacious walk-in closet for your convenience, and a luxurious private Primary bath equipped with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a cozy setting with 2 Twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and its own private bath. The third bedroom, fitted with a comfortable Queen bed, ensures everyone has their peaceful retreat.

The heart of this condo is its fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook up your favorite meals with ease. Free WiFi keeps you connected, whether you're streaming your favorite shows or catching up on emails. Additionally, a washer and dryer are included for your laundry needs.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

  The kitchen barstools need to be replaced they were very stained, the twin bedroom was very small and crowded, the only bed that was comfortable was the king size. There was mold on the ceiling above the shower in the bathroom by the twin bedroom and that sick had a leak under it that got our bathroom tissue wet.
  The staff were amazing and very helpful especially when Our refrigerator quit working the first night I called them the next morning when I realized it wasn’t working, when I called about it the repair guy was there in 15 minutes, and he was very polite and had it fixed in a few minutes then he came back an hour later and checked to be sure it was working.
  The location was perfect! We really liked being on the 3rd floor and being able to park right outside the door, and we were right beside the elevator that takes you straight to the pool and beach access.
  We also loved watching the dolphins playing in the mornings right from the balcony, our granddaughters loved that.
  Overall I would stay here again.

  Loved the condo location with easy access. No loading on an elevator hassle. The unit is huge with an extended deck with a dining table 6 chairs. Unobstructed views of Gulf. Conveniently located to restaurants and three beaches. Negatives:garden tub in the master bath did not work. The guest said master shower had no pressure so she used another shower. There were noticeable marks/chipped wood door frames and trim. Several light bulbs were burned out in lamps. All in all, I would rent this unit again.

  We went to gulf shores for a baseball tournament and stayed at the lighthouse. After 11 hours in the car we were excited to get to the property and relax. When we walked in, we were welcomed with a clean room and a great view. The bedrooms were nice and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Access to the beach and pools was easy and the WiFi worked great (the kids were grateful they could play on their tablets). Overall our stay was really good. The only downside was the furniture and the appliances were a little dated and the white walls made it a little blah. We visited some friends in other rooms and the decor made it feel more homey and relaxing.

  The condo was clean, and the location was perfect. Parking was right outside the condo so you didn't have to use the elevator every time you left. There was plenty of sitting for our group. The only complaint would be with the small tv's.

  Convienent location to third floor parking deck made bringing stuff in and out a breeze, no waiting for the elevator! Spacious condo with plenty of room for four adults and two kids. The stove was a challenge to use with the burners awkward angles but we made it work, could use a cutting board and a few pot holders to make cooking easier. Disappointments were not unexpected as they are listed in what to bring but this is the first extended rental that didn’t provide some kind of soap to wash your hands in the bathroom and no hangers for your clothes despite huge closets. As a traveler from a big distance it was annoying to have to buy every little thing you need to stay here.

We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab.
