  We were not granted access to the property until two hours after the advertised check-in time. The property manager has not offered any compensation or other make-good for this issue.
  
  Outside of that, the property was clean, well maintained, and enjoyable for our family vacation. One final note: a Keurig coffee maker would be a nice addition.

    Thank you for your review! We are so sorry for your delayed check in to your condo. As stated in our check-in information sent to you prior to your arrival, check in begins after 3pm. Unfortunately, during peak season, this means that there are times that check-in can be delayed more than normal due to maintenance issues that arrive and things of that nature. We do apologize that you had to deal with this at the beginning of your vacation, but we are so glad that you loved the property and enjoyed the rest of your beach vacation!
