CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  We loved the location of the building. However, the unit was very run down and needs to be deep cleaned. The carpet is dingy. The wall outlet in the master bathroom is loose. The porch furniture is very poor if you want to spend anytime on your balcony. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom squeaks as well as the door. There were no amenity keys to use for the bathroom or indoor pool. There was a beer can behind the dresser when we arrived.
  The remotes didn't have batteries. Overall, our stay was ok, but the condo was a poor reflection of the pictures. We would rent from this company again, but not this unit.

  First time staying here and would definitely return. No issues with the elevators nor with any roof construction as others had commented on, thankfully! Perfect view at the beach which was very clean each morning and chairs were always available. The views are incredible. We had rain for five days in a row but didn’t mind it a bit because of the view from the condo. Centrally located to some very good restaurants and points of interest.

  Good parking and easy access to the beach. Condo is good size for 6 adults and 4 children . I like the key pads on the doors. Didn't have to keep up with a key or card. Could Of had a few more elevators but the wait wasn't to long to get on one. Overall great experience

  Overall great the view was worth the rental. The spa and weight room was closed so that was disappointing. The main living room rug needs replaced or cleaned. The locks on sliding doors, living room and the other bedrooms didn’t lock.

  The check in process was super easy. There was a guy “replacing light bulbs” when we walked in after they said our room was ready - quite awkward! Condo was clean. The location and access to the beach was perfect for a family getaway. The view was spectacular. We only stayed one night due to Hurricane Sally so I cannot give a complete review. I did notice a paint job is needed - walls had lots of marks and dinginess on them causing the unit to show its age. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with appliances and dishes, but for a family of 5 or larger, there were not enough big pans to cook a large breakfast or dinner with and some of the pots and pans were pretty used and in need of replacing. We cook most meals on our trips, so this is a necessity to our family. Some squeaky fans made sleep difficult for the kids who are conscious of different noises. Had some differences of opinion with the rental company on pre-visit communication - make sure you look for emails from several different senders. They did however consider our interruption due to weather and offered a partial refund without travel insurance. If you travel in Sept-Nov get that insurance!
