Welcome to Island Royale 606, a stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front condo, designed to be your perfect seaside retreat. Situated on the 6th floor as a corner unit, this condo in Gulf Shores offers a large private balcony, seamlessly blending indoor luxury with the natural beauty of the beach, accessible from both the living room and Primary suite.

The Primary suite is a sanctuary of rest and relaxation, boasting a comfortable King bed and a flat-screen TV, accompanied by a private bath for your convenience. In the second bedroom, find a cozy Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath featuring a walk-in shower. The third bedroom mirrors this comfort with another Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, offering easy access to the hall bathroom. For additional guests, the living room is equipped with a sofa sleeper and a 45-inch wall-mounted, flat-screen TV, making the unit capable of comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.

Throughout your stay at Island Royale, you can stay connected and share your vacation moments with ease, thanks to the free WiFi available throughout the complex. Whether you're lounging by the pool, relaxing in your room, or exploring the complex, you're always connected.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS

  Great location- wonderful unit! The mattresses in all bedrooms need to be replaced- especially the master — a sink hole in the middle and mattress was uncomfortably hard! A blind must be put in master bedroom - vacation calls for sleeping in — not with that bright sun waking you up at the crack of Dawn!

  Will not stay here again. Lot of issues. Needs lots of TLC. Too many issues to mention.Family room tv was not like the picture tiny one.Fauet in kitchen is loose. Bed frame was broke.Bathroom toilets need to be replaced.

  Condo was spotless on arrival. Great balcony and beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels. My only complaint (and it’s not a big one) I’ve couldn’t see the complete sunset or sunrise due to buildings on both sides. We’ve come to Gulf Shores 2-3 times a year for 20 years , it’s hard to tell what extras to pack. No blow dryer provided but like I said, not a big deal. Would definitely recommend

  The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect. It was right on the beach and right down the road from everything we needed!   Gulf Shores Alabama is the best place in the world. Beautiful beaches, friendly people and laid back place to spend your vacation. Condo location on the west end of the beach allowed walking to several restaurants and activities. The balcony was one of the greatest parts of the condo, large and plenty of sun. The view was fantastic and the condo was clean and beautifully decorated. I spent the month of February and even with a little cooler temperatures was still able to use the pool and hot tub. At that point repairs were still being made due to the hurricane damages of the previous fall.
  The spacious bedrooms and the layout makes it very comfortable for several people. The only complaint I have, some of the furniture was to the point of possible replacement. The two queen size bedroom had comfortable beds but I hope that the owner is able to replace the mattress in the king size bedroom.Even with those small things I would still consider staying there once again.
