PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  The condo was just as pictured. It was clean and well stocked. That’s the best part of the whole stay.
  We went in mid August. It was too hot to sit on the balcony any time of day. The condo faces east, so it’s HOT all day. There is no way you can sit comfortably on the balcony. You don’t hear the waves of the beach. I would describe this condo as beach view, and not beach front. It was okay for us, 7 out of 10. I wouldn’t stay here again.

  I’ll start by saying the condo itself inside was great and super clean. Everything we needed. However, this condo is under major construction/renovation. The pool is closed. The grounds were cluttered with construction equipment/workers to the point that it was not enjoyable. If like me you are attracted to this condo because of the amazing balcony, don’t be. We were not able to enjoy it because of the construction work. One morning we woke up to a man on our balcony. They always left the balcony dirty with a covering of dust. If we went out after they left in the evening we had to clean and reorganize the furniture as it was moved daily. The construction began at 8 am each day. It was so loud from sanding/grinding we were not able to hear each other talk. This went on off and on all day. Forget having a peaceful morning coffee/breakfast on the balcony.

  We have been coming to Orange Beach for approx. 10 years and have stayed at a few different condos, we do like Grand Pointe the best. This condo was beautiful and had a great view, loved the adiorandack chairs on the balcony. The towel bars could use some work, some were loose and some had fallen out of the wall. The coffee maker was a bit slow, glad there was a Keurig to use. May want to put some rubber bumpers under glass on coffee table to keep the glass top from sliding.

  Loved it! My wife and I had a blast staying in this Condo. Its something for everyone. You want to go lay on the beach, then walk down to the beach. Do you want to chill on the patio and watch the boats and dolphins play? Then sit on the patio and relax.

  We had a wonderful time visiting Orange Beach and the place we stayed was beautiful. We had outstanding views, comfortable accommodations and the location was perfect. Can't wait to come back and visit again.
  We used the pool, the ocean access and even the poolside patio with grills. All wonderful. Had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation.
  Only thing I would do if fix the towel holders and maybe some hangers for our clothes. Both small things. Overall we loved it.

  The check in/out process is super simple. The condo was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and the amenities at the site were nice and the rental rate was great. Orange Beach has a much calmer vibe than Destin.
  
  The only issue we had was loose towel racks and toilet paper holders. One fell off during our stay and reporting it was easy and the management staff responded quickly. Definitely not an issue.

  Very nice condo, clean with lovely decor. The bedding was especially comfortable:)
  My only suggestion to the management company is to be a little more generous with supplies, I understand it is usually minimal but there was exactly ONE of everything...and it would be nice to have a dish rag and dish towel for the kitchen, a single sponge often just doesn't suffice.
  In all, we thoroughly enjoyed out stay and will be back!!

We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab.   We had to reschedule twice in 2020 due to Corvid then a hurricane. Finally we got our beach vacation and it was perfect. The unit was very nice and as described on line. The rental company was very attentive and check in was the best. No going to an office to get keys or a parking pass. We showed up and walked right in. They checked in via text to make sure everything was perfect. We love this location so this was the third time renting at Grand Point. Close to everything. We will return agaon in the fall.

  We are a family of four/ 2 couples. We all had such a good time even though it was extremely windy and cool the whole week we were at the beach. I am not sure what we would have done without the amazing balcony to lounge on the entire week. Plenty of room in the condo, very homey feel to the furnishings. The wifi is very week and that was not so good for us but we did call and they were quick to send a tech to check it out. He tried his best but was unable to find the router so maybe that will get solved in the future. The complex was nice and clean. I would stay here again and felt safe the entire time we were there.
