CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Two FREE parking pass(es) are included with your reservation. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS

  We love staying at the Florencia. It's the perfect location for us. Unit 708 is a nice, comfortable unit. It could use a few updates, especially the washer & dryer. They barely work anymore.

  Our stay at Florencia 708 was fantastic! It has room for everyone (we had 4 adults, 2 teenagers and a 2-year-old) to be comfortable and 3 1/2 bathrooms suited our family so well. The kitchen is great with everything you need. The furnishings are beautiful and the views of the river from the balcony are amazing! especially at sunset. The location is great, not far from anything but, you still feel secluded. The walk across the road to the beach is a little far but just take everything you will need and stay all day, the sand is beautiful, and the location is not at all crowded so you can spread out and have fun. We certainly consider this to be one of the best places we have stayed. The property is secure and so pretty! Beautiful pools and landscaping, it does not disappoint!

  We rented this condo to have a mini family reunion and it exceeded our expectations! My parents loved it so much they want to book this condo for their 60th wedding anniversary later this year.   When we arrived, we were very impressed with the thoroughness with which the cleaning staff prepared the unit. They did an excellent job alleviating our fears about Covid. Property was beautiful, inviting, with spectacular views, exceeding our expectations; Wow! Was our first impression. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend the unit. All that being said, the management company was slow to respond when the electronic lock failed. It took numerous calls to get a repairman on site to fix the lock which had corroded battery wires. The maintenance team was fantastic. Paul, who did the repair was responsive, knowledgeable and skilled at fixing the issue and we were back in before we knew it.
