  The condo was just as described. It was close to the elevator but you never heard anything. Our only complaint was the pool is small and kids were left unattended, so there was no room for adults. Even the hot tub couldn’t be used because the kids were running around the top of it to jump into the pool. The complex needs some TLC as the lights were falling out of the hot tub and security told us not to worry about it, it wouldn’t hurt us. There were repairs being made to cameras in the pool area and that decreased the pool area even more.

  The condo was nice, but the couch was not very comfortable, cushions sunk down. The lock on the door was hard to open took numerous times to finally open. The door sweep on the front door needs replaced, light showing threw. Besides that we enjoyed our stay.

  The condo is beautiful. It is in an ideal location right on the beach. It is close to local restaurants and shops, but far enough away from the public beach to have some privacy, peace and quiet. I was a little surprised by the lack of some amenities that are usually provided in the VRBO's I have booked in the past. For example, there was no laundry basket. No beach towels or beach bag. It was fine as we didn't use the washer and dryer due to only being there 3 days, but found it odd. The ac unit also needs to be serviced. It was loud when it kicked on. The condo has a perfect view and is extremely comfortable. I would stay here again.

  This condo is in great condition and has been updated. Everything you need in the kitchen is provided. However, and this isn’t the fault of the owner but only one elevator worked all week and this condo is on the 12th floor so there were many long and frustrating waits for elevators. Then on checkout day none of the elevators were working so my son and I had to carry ALL of our stuff by hand up and down 12 floors plus three parking levels to load up to leave. If you have mobility issues then this may not be the best place for you.

  We rented this unit for the view, and were not disappointed. We spent most of our time on the balcony reading, talking, and watching the gulf. We saw dolphins, pelicans, and even the Blue Angels as they practiced. Very cool! The unit was very clean, well-stocked, and everything as described.
  
  The only downside to our stay was the condition of the elevator and stairs. Only one elevator was working, no one was social distancing, very few people had masks on (not the fault of the management, just people being ignorant), and the stairs were poorly lit and dirty.
  
  Overall a wonderful stay, and I would stay here again if we were ever in the area.
