The second suite is equally lavish, offering two plush Queen beds, a 32-inch flat-screen TV, and an attached bath for added convenience. The third bedroom, featuring a cozy Queen bed and a 32-inch flat-screen TV, ensures a comfortable stay for all guests.

The heart of the condo, the living room, is a haven of comfort with a large sectional sofa, a sofa sleeper for additional guests, and a flat-screen TV. Step out onto the large private balcony from here and soak in the breathtaking Gulf views, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Culinary enthusiasts will delight in the fully equipped kitchen, boasting stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large breakfast bar. CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Two FREE parking pass(es) are included with your reservation. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  E1 was beautiful! Decorated so cute, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful views! The building had a nice pool. Only complaint about about the unit was the dryer did not work. Did not find out till night before we left. Clothes never dried. As for the building the only complaint was parking was an issue. Unit had 3 bedrooms and we had 3 couples with cars but only 2 cars were allowed but we didn’t know that till we arrived. Other than that it was great!

  The location was great! We were unhappy with the fact that our dryer did not work and the pool the location was cloudly. Being at the beach for a week you need a dryer with wet suits & towels. If your children were swimming in the deep end you could not see them. The property was also under construction at the time our stay.

  Everything with this condo was wonderful! Our family loved the direct access to the beach, and that this is a smaller building. There was plenty of room for everyone in the spacious 3 bed/3 bath unit. One of our favorite features was the balcony where we were able to watch the sunrise and sunset. Another positive with this condo was the communication via text with the management company. They provided an easy way to contact them during our stay and even texted to make sure we had everything we needed after our first night. They also clearly laid out how to reach them if we needed anything. One suggestion: It would have been nice to have an owner's manual with details and directions. For instance, the main TV in the living room was quirky. We would be watching TV and sometimes (not every time) when we'd change the channel the TV would lose all sound. The only way we could get sound to return was to turn the TV off and then back on. The other TVs in the condo did not have this problem. If there had been directions included this might not have been an issue.

  For the past 17 years we have spent the Month of Nov in Gulf Shores. This is only the third Condo we have ever stayed, always rented a beach house, because the stairs became to much for us oldies we chose a condo. I wish we had found this condo 17 years ago. it was excellent. It was clean, well kept, very spacious, and reasonable price. In fact we have already booked it for 2022. Had one problem with upper rack on the dishwasher, called management company and man said roller was broken, had to order replacement, we could only use lower rack. That was no problem for us, 2 people have few dirty dishes, since we dine out a lot. If I could suggest something that would make this place perfect it would be a small recliner. Old folks are prone to nap often. ;-)

  The condo was very updated. It was clean upon arrival. There were plenty of dishes, pots/pans, blenders, etc. to cook and make drinks. The only complaint was the elevator was super slow so I used the stairs sometimes if heading to the beach. Loved that the beach was not overcrowded like most condos for a 4th of July holiday. We would definitely stay here again.

  The condo was older but had been beautifully renovated. Very convenient to all things in Gulf Shores and of course it was beachside! Huge back deck to view the ocean. The only issue we had was the elevator. Its old and slow, so we did a lot of stairs - which ended up being the excercise we needed. :)
