Welcome to Caribe 910B, a luxurious 4-bedroom, 3-bath waterfront condo where your dream vacation awaits. Nestled just east of Perdido Pass in Orange Beach, this splendid rental is perched on the 9th floor of the B Tower at the Caribe, offering awe-inspiring views of Perdido Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

The condo’s centerpiece is its expansive wrap-around balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows, perfect for soaking in the picturesque landscape. The Primary suite is a haven of relaxation with a King bed, a flat-screen TV, balcony access, and a private bath featuring a jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom is equally comfortable with a King bed and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom, ideal for younger guests or additional family members, includes a Twin-over-Full bunk and a flat-screen TV, while the fourth bedroom offers two cozy Twin beds and a flat-screen TV. Additional accommodation is provided by two sofa sleepers in the living room, allowing up to 12 people to enjoy this beautiful space comfortably.

Culinary enthusiasts will adore the fully equipped kitchen, showcasing granite counters, stainless-steel Kitchen-Aid appliances, and a built-in double oven. Adjacent to the kitchen, a convenient wet bar with an ice maker adds a touch of luxury to your entertaining or relaxation needs.

This premier resort features three outdoor and three indoor pools, complemented by a lazy river, two exciting water slides, and a special kiddie water slide. For relaxation, guests can unwind in one of the three indoor hot tubs or his/her saunas. The resort also boasts a variety of recreational facilities, including a bocce ball court, three lighted tennis courts, a putting green, a playground area, a fun arcade room, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Dining is a delight at Cobalt, the on-site restaurant known for its exquisite cuisine and beautiful waterfront views. Additional conveniences include an outdoor BBQ area, fishing docks, and a shuttle service to the beach, making Caribe Resort an ideal choice for a memorable beachside escape. Additional amenities include a full-service marina, perfect for boating enthusiasts, and an arcade room for indoor entertainment. The resort also features private cabanas, a tiered outdoor pool area, and a convenient beach trolley service. For those who wish to explore the waters, boat slip rentals are available.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase. Your parking pass(es) can be found in your packet upon check-in at the Liquid Life Office.

  Very nice rental unit with lots of amenities. The property had a variety of pools to choose from and it kept the whole family happy. There is a restaurant next door and even a bar on-site if you don’t want to leave to get a cocktail. The only downfall to the property was the location of the property being across the highway from the beach. They do however offer a shuttle to run you down to the park in lieu of taking your own vehicle. Overall this is a very nice property that is well taken care of.

  The master toilet would not flush well. Maintenance came up to check and fixed the flapper. He said he would be back to snake out the toilet and did not. We also informed him that the wine cooler area smelled like sewage. That problem was not solved. The master bedroom closet had a lock on it. We like to hang our clothes. The dryer vent is in a metal box inside the sink in the laundry room. It gets extremely hot.
  We have stayed at the Caribe for the past 5 years and always happy with our room. I would not stay in this room again.
  The pools, hot tubs and sauna are wonderful. I would recommend The Caribe, just not room 910 B.
  Liquid life was easy to book with.
  We enjoy Orange beach. Desotos is our favorite restaurant.

  It was very easy to work with Liquid Life - very seamless process. Unit was super clean, decor was nice, but the unit is probably due for some upgrades/renovations soon. The only odd thing was we didn't have access to the master bedroom closet. Not a deal breaker, but we like having that space for a two week stay.

  The property was just as described, clean and well-maintained. Close to everything. Beach can be accessed by a short walk under the bridge to either the pass or ocean. After reading some of the reviews, I was concerned about the wooden decks. We did not have any issues with splinters. The two pools with slides have cement decks.
