Welcome to Caribe 1112D, an exquisite 3-bedroom, 3-bath waterfront condo where luxury meets comfort for your perfect vacation. Nestled on the 11th floor of the Caribe D Tower in Orange Beach, this condo offers breathtaking views of Perdido Pass and the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony, setting the stage for an unforgettable stay.

The living room is designed for gatherings and downtime, featuring a comfortable sofa sleeper and a fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts modern conveniences such as a Keurig coffee maker, high-speed Ninja blender, elegant granite counters, and stainless-steel Kitchen-Aid appliances, including a built-in double oven. A convenient wet bar with an ice maker off the kitchen enhances your entertainment options.

The Primary suite is a haven of relaxation, featuring a plush King bed, a 49-inch flat-screen TV, and private balcony access. The en-suite Primary bath adds a touch of indulgence with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers cozy accommodations with a Queen bed and a 24-inch flat-screen TV. For additional sleeping space, the third bedroom is outfitted with 2 Twin bunk beds and a 32-inch flat-screen TV, making it ideal for kids or extra guests.

This premier resort features three outdoor and three indoor pools, complemented by a lazy river, two exciting water slides, and a special kiddie water slide. For relaxation, guests can unwind in one of the three indoor hot tubs or his/her saunas. The resort also boasts various recreational facilities, including a bocce ball court, three lighted tennis courts, a putting green, a playground area, a fun arcade room, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Dining is a delight at Cobalt, the on-site restaurant known for its exquisite cuisine and beautiful waterfront views. Additional conveniences include an outdoor BBQ area, fishing docks, and a shuttle service to the beach, making Caribe Resort an ideal choice for a memorable beachside escape. Additional amenities include a full-service marina, perfect for boating enthusiasts, and an arcade room for indoor entertainment. The resort also features private cabanas, a tiered outdoor pool area, and a convenient beach trolley service. Boat slip rentals are available for those who wish to explore the waters.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase. Your parking pass(es) can be found in your packet upon check-in at the Liquid Life Office.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. Call our reservations team to get a quote on these rates.

  We love the Caribe and this unit was perfect for our family. It’s maybe not the best stocked for kitchen items, but we made do. You can’t find a better resort for kids and adults. So many pools and very centrally located. Liquid Life has better service and prices than anywhere else we’ve tried on the coast.

  The facility was nicely decorated and had abundant room for all.We always stay at the Caribe as my kids love all the pools and lazy river. I believe this is our 6-7 stay and we try a different condo each time and never are disappointed. Last year we had to move to another city due to hurricane and were very disappointed we were not at the Caribe.

This was our third time staying at the Caribe and we were so glad they had the trolley service up and running again. That was definitely a plus!   This condo and resort locations were perfect for us. Our large family of eight fit very comfortably in the condo. The master closet worked perfectly as the babies room! The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the convenience of the ice machine, three bathrooms, and large dining table. The resort has so many pools that kept our kids (ages 15 month to 16 years) entertained all week. We preferred going to a different beach they have the one connected to the resort property, simply because it was easier to drive to a public beach and have a shorter walk from the parking lot. Overall though, this was a fantastic vacation for our family!

  This is the first time we stayed at Caribe. We usually stay on the ocean. With two young grandchildren, we decided to go to more of a resort with plenty of pools this year. It was perfect for the whole family. The condo was very clean. Liquid Life has been a wonderful company to work with. The resort outside the condo could use a little fixing up. It was a little outdated. We will definitely stay at Caribe again.

  This was our first stay at the Caribe after having wintered in Orange Beach for ten years.
  We missed being directly on the beach,but the southern view was lovely.
  Getting into the bed, which was very comfortable, was difficult for me at 5'7". It is 34 inches high. Someone suggested standing on 24 pack! The stackable washer and dryer also had push buttons that were very high.
  While everything in the kitchen was adequate, we did have to "make do" since the largest pan was 1.5 qts. We called Liquid Life and they sent someone over almost immediately with a brand new stockpot for cooking seafood!
  We really liked the huge master bathroom and closet.
  The very noisy ice maker was a big negative.
  We really liked the indoor pool and exercise room and our own little parking "garage".
