Caribbean 303 welcomes you with its well-appointed Primary suite, featuring a plush King bed and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment needs. The attached bath adds an extra layer of convenience to your stay. Additionally, the unit includes cozy Twin hall bunks, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.

One of the highlights of this condo is its pet-friendly policy, allowing you to bring your furry friend along for the vacation. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee for anyone bringing a pet. You must notify our office in advance if you will be bringing a pet. Anyone bringing a pet must adhere to the following rules:
• Pets must be 20 pounds or less.
• One pet is allowed per unit.
• Pets must be on a leash at all times.
• Gulf Shores does not allow pets on the beach.

The condo boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, ensuring a seamless cooking experience. The private balcony offers a tranquil setting to enjoy the soothing sound of waves and Gulf breezes. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, free WiFi, and a comfortable sofa-sleeper for extra sleeping space.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  Upon arrival, the entry door to the condo was extremely rusty, which sets the stage for what is inside. Overall, it was an ok condo in need of TLC. I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone. On Saturday morning by 10 am until late afternoon, repairmen were drilling & repairing so the pool was to noisy to enjoy any quiet time.

  Caribbean 303 was clean, to many dogs on beach that stayed at Caribbean, gotta watch where you step! Grill provided was clean and easy access.
  Clean up girls found my wife's diamond ear rings and called us and had them returned. Very honest clean up crew. Over all, very nice.

  The location was great; convenient to everything. The beachfront and balcony offered beautiful views. I was disappointed with the lack of comfort of the bed, and the shower curtain rod was rusted. When we first walked in, it smelled a little like mildew.

  We had a great long weekend! Location was great and we enjoyed our stay! Only complaint I would have is it is a condo that sleeps 6 people and there were only 2 towels and I think 3-4 wash cloths! Management got back with me quickly letting me know there was a shortage and that was all they could provide! A courtesy to let people know ahead would have been helpful in that situation because only 2 people had a towel and we would have to wash before the next people could shower!

  Overall, we really enjoyed our stay & we would stay here again. The unit was very clean, but could use a thorough paint job including the front door. The only real complaint that we have is that the bedroom's window was missing a curtain & rod. The exterior lobby lights would shine directly into the bedroom, so we hung up a towel to help lessen the light from getting in. Like in previous reviews, the shower bar should be replaced. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay & probably will rent this unit again since it is pet friendly.

  The condo was nice, very good location, loved the balcony view.. As far as being clean, the floors were not clean & the twin bed sheets had not been changed. There was dog hair on them when we pulled the covers down. When I called, they did send someone out with clean sheets. So that was good, but this should never take place. Sheets should ALWAYS BE CHANGED AFTER EACH GUEST.. I would stay in this condo again.. But I will check everything as soon as I arrive next time.. also the indoor pool did not have the water moving in it. Never saw anyone in that pool the entire 7 days.. and the outside pool was not clean. We saw someone put clorine in it twice.. but they never cleaned it...
