The Primary suite in Caribbean 203 is a haven of tranquility, featuring a comfortable King bed and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The attached bath provides the convenience and privacy you desire. Additionally, the unit boasts cozy Twin bunks in the hall, ensuring a comfortable stay for up to 6 guests.

The condo is thoughtfully equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare and enjoy your meals with ease. The private balcony is the perfect spot to soak in the stunning Gulf views and listen to the soothing sound of the waves. For your convenience, the unit also includes a washer and dryer, free WiFi access, and a comfortable sofa sleeper.

For pet lovers, Caribbean 203 is a pet-friendly unit, welcoming your furry friends to join in on the fun. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee for anyone bringing a pet. You must notify our office in advance if you will be bringing a pet. Anyone bringing a pet must adhere to the following rules:
• Pets must be 20 pounds or less.
• One pet is allowed per unit.
• Pets must be on a leash at all times.
• Gulf Shores does not allow pets on the beach.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  The master bedroom mattress was horrible. My back was killing me. It is lumpy & really hard to describe. The bunks were comfortable for the kids. It is in a great location & very close to the beach. It needs some upkeep & the mattress in the master needs to be replaced.

  We had a great trip and this location was perfect! A great view and close to everything you need.
  
  It would have been nice to have some extra essentials on hand (example: kitchen towels, bathroom hand towels, trash bags and hand soap). Other than that, we had everything we needed.

  Easy to find & great communication with the leasing company. Right on the beach which is what we wanted, pool on the way! The condo has been updated in certain respects but could use some love in other places. Torn carpet, super old washer/dryer unit (but they work!), missing window drapes, clock on wall didn't work, holes in a few walls where the doors open into, patio furniture so rusty you couldn't use one of the chairs, and a kitchen trashcan missing it's lid (an extremely inexpensive thing to replace...?) Quite surprised at the lack of hand soap for the bathrooms, otherwise a very stripped down place to call home for a high price. Granted it's the going rate for the area this time of year, but we expected a few more provided essentials. We were provided a suggested list of items to bring which was most helpful, and Walmart down the road was THE BUSIEST Walmart I have ever been in! Unit was clean and we would certainly stay here again, knowing what to expect from any condo rental in the area. We vacationed with our 3 children; ages 6.5, 3.5 and 8mo. We didn't trust that the girls wouldn't fall out of the bunks so those were for storage/play and they shared the pullout. The baby stayed in our room in a travel crib. Loved having keyless entry (No chance to loose a key!)

  We spent five nights in 203. It is beautifully decorated with furniture in the living area that makes good use of the space. Beds are comfortable and it was great to be on the second floor. The elevator went out one evening and the walk up and down is no big deal.

  My wife and I rented the 1-bedroom Caribbean condom in Gulf Shores. I was working at Barber Marina to do salvage on my Hurricane vessel /corporate HQ and she enjoyed the beach and a time to read. In the time of COVID, we basically "sheltered" in place and cooked fresh seafood meals in the apartment. (I worked solo on my vessel at the marina) The beach and seafood cover a multitude of minor inconveniences/surprises.
  
  The reservation process was easy and staff was helpfully communicative via email.
  
  The irritants: We were not informed that the elevator would be inoperable for 2.5 days of our stay. I'm semi-disabled and walking the stairs proved painful
  
  We were not informed to expect an "Insurance Adjuster" to arrive with intent to take photographs
  
  We were not informed to expect an "Exterminator" to arrive with intent to fumigate the unit.
  
  Use of Internet was easy. Use of television/media was not intuitive or documented.
  
  Some minor repair work performed by prior maintenance contractors was sloppy, e.g. adhesive/sealants stuck in bathroom sinks.
  
  We are glad and supportive of the condo's "Pet-Friendly" policy. However, at a few times, a few of the adjacent unit's canines proved to be quite vocal in their exchange of loud barks.
  
  The inexpensive bath towels were clean, but of the "hard, scratchy" variety.
  
  We would choose to rent the unit again, but be sure to inquire about state of the elevator and any unexpected visitations.
