CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  We enjoyed our stay in Broadmoor! It was in a good location and kids really enjoyed the beach there. It was clean and nice. We had a couple issues with rental (closet door messed up and burner on cook stove not working) that were never looked at during the week of our stay. There was construction or repair happening during our stay. It was loud and started at 8 am sharp every morning.

  The vacation rental itself was in a great location and beautifully decorated. Very clean and in good shape. The building is undergoing maintenance -- jack hammer and grinding type maintenance daily, Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm. The noise was so loud you could not hear the television at a normal volume in the unit. Noise carried to beach as well. Liquid Life did not adequately describe the gravity of the construction and did nothing to compensate for the inconvenience. They referred to the Terms & Conditions frequently where they are basically not responsible for anything. I would recommend the Broadmoor 901, but not Liquid Life.

  This was the most beautiful condo my family and I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect...except for the fact that construction was going on all day and starting at 7 or 8. So we didn’t get a chance to sleep in not one day. It was a disappointing factor that the pool was out of commission due to all the construction. Overall we still made the best of it and had a blast. And to the owners of the condo we would like to thank you for your hospitality and you all had everything there that we needed.

  Booking, check-in and check-out was easy. The condo was perfect for this girls trip. The description of the amenities were spot on. Lots of room for 6 of us and the view was just what the soul needed! We will be back.
  SIDE NOTE: We were disappointed we were told the building was under repair due to storm damage, but it was obvious the building was undergoing major updates (new paint, new decking, power washing building, etc) that rendered the swimming pool and hot tub unavailable. Which we would have used since 3 of the two days we were under a rip tide warning.

  This unit has the potential to be amazing. The layout is great and the three bedrooms each have their own bathroom which is fantastic! However, it wasn't the cleanest. When we arrived after a long day of traveling, we took our shoes off and you could feel the dirt and grit on the floor. It was almost as though they didn't sweep prior to our arrival. It was spring break when we were there, and the pool/hot tub wasn't open which was hugely disappointing. The entire building seemed to be undergoing much needed renovations, but it would have been nice to know then when booking it. Yes/ we were on the beach, but we were looking forward to pool/hot tub time too. We also wanted to use the advertised tennis courts, but they were closed. Also, the deck out to the beach was closed for repair so we had to walk out through the parking garage and around the building and there were no showers to use when coming off the beach and heading up to the condo. If I would have known all of this, I would have chose a different location for sure. Overall the unit and the building weren't that clean. The property mgmt company also came twice without warning which didn't make me happy since one of those times my youngest and my elderly mother were there alone. You do have to pay for parking for an additional vehicle ($55)

  The condo was very clean and very spacious. Our group had plenty of space. The bedrooms are nicely separated and bathrooms for each is a great convenience. The condo location is excellent. It’s not in a densely populated area but close to anything you need. The pool and hot tub area are really just average but we go for the BEACH. We would highly recommend this one!!
