The Primary suite in this Orange Beach condo rental is a haven of relaxation, featuring a comfortable King bed, a cozy sitting area, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and access to the balcony. The Primary bath adds a touch of indulgence with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub, making it a perfect place to unwind.

The second bedroom is welcoming, with two Twin beds and a flat-screen TV, providing a comfortable space for additional guests or children.

Broadmoor 302 is designed with your comfort in mind, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Broadmoor offers essential amenities for a relaxing beach vacation. Enjoy the convenience of wireless internet, an outdoor pool for leisurely swims, and a hot tub for relaxation. The complex also features a sauna for unwinding, shuffleboard and tennis courts for recreation, and a well-equipped exercise room for fitness enthusiasts. A boardwalk provides direct beach access, making visits to the sandy shores effortless. Broadmoor combines comfort and convenience, ideal for a beachside stay.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  The condo was very nice and clean. Really wish we could’ve used the balcony and didn’t have to deal with the noise. Communication about the balcony was not communicated until the day of check in. Overall it was a decent experience. The in-laws stayed in the condo two floors above and got a discounted rate for the noise and balcony use.

  This location is one of the only places we stay in Orange beach. Although they are upgrading/remodeling the exterior of the building(I'm guessing from the hurricane)while we were there, this did not affect our stay.The interior was clean as usual and our stay was great! I will definitely stay again in the future.

  This is a lovely condo directly on the beach. Large master suite. Linens and bedding are high quality. Kitchen is really well stocked. Ice maker, blender, toaster. Balcony is large with a pub table and two chairs, plus another two lounge chairs. Having a code entry to the condo meant no extra trip to the agency to pick up a key. Elevators were never in use so did not have to share. Good as Covid would have made that uncomfortable. Nice carts to use to carry stuff up/down. Only needed to call Liquid Life once. They responded really quickly. Only a few blocks down the beach to the Flora-bama. Got to have a drink, church and souvenir shop all in one spot right on the beach!! Bring beach chairs and soft side cooler. Pool was not open as weather too cool.
