Broadmoor 105 is an inviting 3-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front condo, offering a perfect home away from home for your beach vacation. Located on the first floor directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach, this condo is ideal for those looking to unwind to the soothing sounds of the waves.

The Primary suite is a serene retreat, featuring a comfortable King bed, a cozy sitting area, direct access to the balcony, and a Primary bath equipped with a large tub and separate shower.

The second bedroom includes a welcoming Queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath, ensuring a comfortable stay for additional guests. The third bedroom is equally accommodating, with two Queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and its own private bath, providing ample space and comfort for larger groups or families.

The living room is thoughtfully furnished with a sofa sleeper, expanding the sleeping options, and a wet bar with an ice maker, perfect for evening relaxation or entertaining guests. A full-sized washer and dryer add convenience to your stay, especially for longer vacations or families with children.

Broadmoor offers essential amenities for a relaxing beach vacation. Enjoy the convenience of wireless internet, an outdoor pool for leisurely swims, and a hot tub for relaxation. The complex also features a sauna for unwinding, shuffleboard and tennis courts for recreation, and a well-equipped exercise room for fitness enthusiasts. A boardwalk provides direct beach access, making visits to the sandy shores effortless. Broadmoor combines comfort and convenience, ideal for a beachside stay.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  The condo was amazing! Only had three small things on our list of dislikes. 1 - there was a hole in the ceiling above one of the showers (like an access hole to get to pipes). 2. The fridge took forever to cool. It had been turned up to the warmest setting for some reason. Took about a day to fully cool, but then we were good. 3. A rug is definitely needed by the front door to help catch sand from shoes. Construction was ongoing, but wasn’t anything we couldn’t overlook. (Other units seemed to have more of an issue with noise.) the whole place is going to be amazing when it’s completed! And the beach was amazing. Soooo much LESS CROWDED than Gulf Shore. We’re already planning our next trip!

  Overall, our stay was a good one. The condo is large with a separate dining table from kitchen table, very handy with kids!! The condo was clean and well stocked. There are 2 things to note. Parking is tight, and an extra pass costs $45. Also, the building is still being repaired. Not a big deal, but workers starting up at 7:30 AM right off our bedroom loudly, was!

  It was perfect for our group of nine. The location was perfect. My teenage grandkids loved it because they could go to the pool or the ocean and we could sit on the balcony and watch them. If we get to go again, we will stay here. The only downside was the parking. Usually everyone but the driver had to get out before the car was parked.

  Broadmoor 105
  Amazing Condo! The beds were amazingly comfortable with breath taking views. We loved the covered parking. The only thing that wasn’t a big deal is the master shower is smaller than what the two guest rooms have. It is walking distance to Flora Bama. Don’t miss out on eating at the jellyfish restaurant, Cobalt, Cosmos, going to the outlet mall and the French Quarter at Fairhope. We would definitely stay there again.
