The second bedroom is furnished with a cozy Queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two Queen beds, ensuring ample and comfortable sleeping arrangements for all guests. Both Guest rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs and DVD players, catering to entertainment needs.

An outdoor hot tub adds to the outdoor relaxation options, providing a soothing space to unwind. For those who prefer indoor relaxation, the complex also features an indoor pool and hot tub. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the on-site fitness center, equipped with various equipment for maintaining workout routines. For outdoor grilling enthusiasts, there's a charcoal grilling area, ideal for preparing meals and enjoying open-air dining.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  It was great. Easy access. Condo was ready as expected. Clean, comfortable, beds were all comfortable and had plenty of room for us 6. The main bedroom had a balcony access and ocean view. We were on 7th floor and had perfect view of ocean and balcony was roomy enough for all of us to enjoy breakfast each morning on it. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glasses, etc. Had plenty of dressers and closet space in each bedroom to unpack your clothes. Bathrooms were sufficient, nothing fancy.

  The condo is amazing. It feels like home away from home, but a way better view! The balcony is huge and the ocean view doesn’t get any better! It was super clean and very well maintained. The location is perfect and it is not overcrowded. Liquid Life was very accommodating and has top notch customer service all the way around. We hit a bump in the road with the Wi-Fi not connecting, which was not their fault, but they had a tech named Michael to come out and fix it quickly. We have already decided to make this a yearly trip to Bluewater 703.
